Kickboxing Classes 

Whether for Fitness or for Combat our kickboxing classes offer heart pounding workouts including focus mitt and thai pad training, jump rope training, unique bodyweight exercises and more.  Our program is particularly effective because it trains the student to combine a wide variety of techniques such as punches, kicks, elbows, knees, take downs, and throws into one unified fighting system. Our kickboxing program is also a fun, high-energy workout that safely sharpens fighting ability while dramatically improving physical fitness
