Hope you all had a great weekend. Congrats again to Courtney Smith who earned her High Brown Belt, Thunder Nation who earned his Brown Belt, and Caelen Hester on earning his 1^st Gold. Great Job again you guys.

Learn Your 1^st Okinawan Weapon, the Bo Staff. Get Pre-Registered ASAP so you can have your own Bo Staff. You need to get registered by Weds in order to ensure you bo staff will be here by Saturday.

BO STAFF SEMINAR MARCH 12th

March 12^th from 10am – 1pm we will be doing a Bo Staff seminar covering basic blocks, strikes, and the 1^st basic kata Papuhaku-Sho. The cost is only $20.00 for the seminar or free with activity pass. To order your bo staff see the front desk and we can get you set up. Because the bo staff is such a long weapon space is limited so we won’t have any bo swinging accidents J

Matt Hester is hands down our academy’s top competitor. Matt has placed gold in nearly every Jiu-Jitsu tournament he has fought in. Nearly all of his wins have come by way of submission.

Matt is the perfect example of determination. Matt never misses a class attends every single seminar and has made martial arts a part of his life.
